Let’s Get Started

Resetting and clearing your account information for Global Connect™ cloud services from your iN•Command® Control System is a simple process.  In order to do this completely, steps have to be taken on both the user side within your RV and on the side of Global Connect cloud services.

The 5 easy steps below will walk you through the entire process!

Step 1: Enter Settings Menu

Step 2: Find & Select "Global Connect"

Step3: "Clear Account"

You’re Nearly Done!

Now that you have successfully removed the Global Connect account information from your iN•Command Control System, you must contact ASA Electronics Customer Service to remove your profile from the Global Connect database.

The next two steps will walk you through how to do this.

Step 4: Find Your DC-ID

Next, locate the Display Commander ID (DC-ID) on your system.  Make sure to write down your DC-ID before moving onto the next step.


To do this, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pairing. The DC-ID can be found in the lower left corner of the screen, as seen below.

Step 5: Call Customer Support

With your DC-ID ready, call ASA Electronics Customer Support to finish unregistering your iN•Command® Control System with Global Connect™ cloud services.
